3.3 You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your country or territory of residence.
3.4 The Platform is not available to, and you may not use the Platform if you are: (a) a person on any international sanctions list; (b) an employee, director, officer, or contractor of 6jqk or any of its affiliated entities; or (c) a family member residing in the same household as any such person.
3.5 6jqk employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent access by restricted persons. We reserve the right to block access, close accounts, and void any bets placed by ineligible Users.
4.1 Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The opening of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.3 To comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and the requirements of our international gaming licence, 6jqk requires all Users to complete KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes:
4.4 6jqk may, at its discretion, request enhanced KYC documentation for accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns or as required by applicable regulatory guidance.
4.5 Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, in the case of extended non-compliance, account closure.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.
5.2 You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 6jqk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
5.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 6jqk immediately via the live support channel. 6jqk may place a temporary hold on the Account pending investigation.
5.4 6jqk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional security measure. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in Account Settings.
5.5 6jqk employees will never request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 6jqk that solicits your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
6.1 6jqk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment channels listed on the Platform, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT. Supported channels are subject to change at 6jqk's discretion.
6.2 All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the User's own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of the Account pending investigation.
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are as specified on the Platform's Cashier page and are subject to change. Limits may vary depending on the payment method used and the User's verified account status.
6.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. 6jqk reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal exceeding applicable thresholds.
6.5 6jqk processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the Platform's payment FAQ. Processing times are subject to delays arising from banking procedures, public holidays in Malaysia, or security review requirements outside 6jqk's direct control.
6.6 6jqk does not charge fees on standard deposits. Fees applied by the User's payment provider (e.g., e-wallet service charges) are outside 6jqk's control and are borne by the User.
7.1 6jqk may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering"), before any resulting balance may be withdrawn as cash.
7.3 Each promotional offer is available once per User, household, IP address, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim a promotional offer multiple times through different accounts constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7.4 6jqk reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus, free bet, or promotional winnings where there is reasonable evidence of: (a) abuse of the promotional system; (b) use of automated betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements; (c) account information that is false, inaccurate, or belongs to another individual.
7.5 6jqk may modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a User has partially fulfilled wagering requirements, 6jqk will assess entitlements on a pro-rata basis.
8.1 Specific rules governing individual games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, slots, Toto 4D, sports betting markets, etc.) are set out in the rules section of each product. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the product rules expressly state otherwise.
8.2 All bets are final once confirmed. 6jqk will not void or reverse a confirmed bet except in the following circumstances:

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6jqk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
11.3 6jqk's total liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within one business day. During a self-exclusion period, 6jqk will take reasonable steps to remove the User from marketing communications. It is the User's responsibility to refrain from creating new accounts during a self-exclusion period.

13.1 6jqk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
13.2 Upon permanent account closure resulting from a User breach, any Wallet Balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the severity of the breach.
13.3 Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and verified Wallet Balances will be returned to the User's registered payment method after applicable compliance checks.
14.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 6jqk Platform, including game outcomes or transaction processing, you should raise the matter in the first instance with 6jqk's support team via live chat or email. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
14.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct engagement with 6jqk's support team, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism of our licensing authority, as stated on our licensing certificate.
14.3 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6jqk's operating entity is incorporated, without prejudice to any applicable mandatory local law provisions.

15.1 6jqk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or via a prominent notification on the Platform no less than 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
